Business Analyst

Bringing structure and strategy to the business side of AitheriA, Anders serves as our Business Analyst. He works on strengthening financial planning and helping expand the organization’s presence in the broader business world. A junior at Bentonville High School, Anders balances academics with football and track. His experience in athletics and teamwork gives him a disciplined approach to collaboration and problem-solving.

Storyteller

Music and narrative come together in Rhett’s role as Storyteller at AitheriA. He shapes how our mission is communicated through sound, storytelling, and creative expression. A junior at Bentonville High School, Rhett is a Chamber Orchestra cellist and published recording artist who has been making music since age eight. His first album is available across major platforms, with more releases on the way.
